The Studio for Electronic Music at the University Mozarteum Salzburg (SEM) is internationally one of the oldest institutions of its kind <a href="http://www.moz.ac.at/sem/info/history.htm">&rarr;</a>.<br>
The courses held in the studio are part of the curriculum in composition and can be studied as elective subject or as a special area of studies in all other programs of the Mozarteum. The teaching program includes a lecture on the history and aesthetics of electronic and acoustic music, various seminars in sound and score synthesis, a two semester spanning course in audiovisual media as well as practical courses with changing topics.<br>
In addition, the SEM offers the possibility for students in coaching their individual electroacoustic projects.</p>
